Long Maintenance Planned Ahead of WoW: Forever Launch

Blizzard has announced a long maintenance ahead of WoW: Forever's launch on November 4th.

With all players (including those who didn't pre-order one of the Skyborne packs for beta access) now able to pre-download the game, everyone is waiting with bated breath for the official launch of Forever. Ahead of the official 3 pm PST launch, Blizzard is conducting a long maintenance, estimated to last about five hours.

Players know launches tend to be full of lag and player congestion, so it's very possible that the maintenance is extended (or, if we're lucky, comes up early!). We'll update this post with any extensions.
