Soulbound is built on transparency. When something breaks — in WoW, on soulbound.guru, or in how we run the guild — we want to hear it. Every submission is logged and officers get an email immediately.

For urgent raid-night issues, ping officers in Discord or reach out in guild chat first.
Website bugs
Broken pages, sim failures, and tool errors — use Report a bug so we can reproduce it.
Guild matters
Applications, rank questions, and officer requests go through Contact officers.
