• Best perf. average— the mean of your best percentile on every boss you've killed this tier. It's the single number most guilds look at.
• A low parse isn't always a bad player — soaking, kiting, and add duty all cost personal damage.
• Compare like for like — difficulty and boss both change the ranking pool.
