Overview
Survival is the melee hunter — a genuinely different spec rather than a variation. You manage bleeds and bombs at close range while your pet contributes alongside you. It has solid mobility for a melee spec thanks to Harpoon and retains the hunter utility kit.
How this spec operates
- Melee-range Focus spec —
Harpoon maintains uptime on spread targets. 
Wildfire Bomb on cooldown is a core damage button, not a saved cooldown.
Serpent Sting bleed uptime is your sustained backbone — keep it on the primary target.
Kill Command and 
Kill Shot are priority spenders between bomb windows.
Coordinated Assault is your burst — stack bombs and bleeds before pressing it.
