Overview
Outlaw is the most active rogue spec and the least predictable. Roll the Bones grants random buffs that shape your next stretch of play, and Blade Flurry makes cleave almost free. Energy flows quickly and the rotation is dense, which makes it demanding but very responsive.
How this spec operates
Roll the Bones buffs define your priority — reroll bad sets per your build's rules.
Between the Eyes on cooldown is your primary finisher in single target.
Blade Flurry enables cleave — activate before AoE, rotation otherwise unchanged.
Adrenaline Rush and
