Overview
Elemental is a ranged caster that builds Maelstrom and spends it on big nukes. It has strong area damage, useful totems for the group, and one of the better utility kits in the game. Damage is steady rather than explosive, with burst tied to Storm Elemental or Fire Elemental depending on your build.

Lightning Bolt and 
Lava Burst fuels 
Earth Shock or 
Earthquake. - Keep
Flame Shock up — Lava Burst always crits against a flamed target. - Never cap Maelstrom — spend at high values rather than hoarding for cooldowns.
Ascendance is your burst — enter with Flame Shock applied and maelstrom ready.- AoE swaps Lightning Bolt for
Chain Lightning and Earth Shock for Earthquake.
