Overview
Arms is a burst-window spec built on big individual hits rather than a fast rotation. Almost everything you do is about arriving at a Colossus Smash window with rage banked and your damage amplifiers ready. Between windows the pace is slow and deliberate, which makes it forgiving to play under mechanical pressure.
How this spec operates
- Rage banks for
Colossus Smash windows — entering empty is the biggest DPS loss. - Colossus Smash / Warbreaker amplifies everything — align
Avatar and spenders inside it. 
Mortal Strike on cooldown applies the healing debuff and lands a big hit.
Execute in execute range takes priority over fillers.- AoE uses
Sweeping Strikes before burst so single-target hits cleave.
