• Healer with M+ experience — we value keys for vault, not just raid logging
• Tank off-specs welcome if main is DPS — Blood DK mains, we're looking at you

What matters more than parse color

1. Attendance — show up or communicate early
2. Prep — consumables, enchants, know mechanics before prog
3. Coachability — we fix problems, we don't flame
4. Fit — we like each other; zero tolerance for toxicity

• Mention M+ score honestly — 2000 with improvement mindset beats 3000 with ego
