• What you're looking for in a guild (prog depth, social vibe, M+, etc.)

What we care about:

• Reliability and communication over raw parse color
• Willingness to prep — sims, consumables, knowing mechanics
• Fit with the group; we raid to progress but we're not toxic about mistakes
